Boxabl Build The World
When we began our initial research and development in 2017, we asked ourselves why housing wasn’t being mass produced at a factory like almost every other major product category in the world. We began developing a building system that had the potential to solve that very problem. Through our patented production process, we’ve been able to create a platform that allows for modular, prefabricated homes that are produced at scale in a factory and can fold up for transportation to the final installation location. Because of this, we believe the Casita has the potential to bring high quality, affordable homes to the mass market in ways that have never been done before.
BioGas Corp (BGC)
The BGC team has been developing large scale biogas projects since 2011. These include food waste to electricity projects in North Carolina, Rhode Island, California, and New York as well as animal waste to electricity/renewable natural gas in North Carolina, Oregon and Colorado. These projects operate under long-term (15 to 10 year) off-take agreements with investment grade utilities and petroleum refiners.
While BGC has exited out of several of its projects over the years, it is continuing to develop multiple projects with a develop, own, and operate business model. Each project deploys a best-in-class anaerobic digestion technology with a bankable performance guarantee.

Fleet Star EV
Fleet Star EV – (Modular Outdoor Renewable Electricity) is a modular, low carbon EV charger infrastructure for fleets of electric vehicles in partnership with Siemens, Honeywell, Hubbell, Black and Veatch and other global companies.
Fleet Star EV is the ACT group’s DBA for this business division and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ACT group. The ACT group has the exclusive rights to market, sell, and manufacture the VersiCharge XL, the world’s first modular fleet charging stations. Kimley Horn a top engineering firm has completed a 3rd party study at Siemens cost that validates VersiCharge XL as a break-through in Commercial Charging. The VXL qualifies for Billions of $$ in Federal, State & Utility grants. for US based infrastructure.
Pilot programs are in motion with Black and Veatch, Honeywell, Hubbell, CBRE, Amazon, Walmart, USPS and more.
ACT / Nexii
Nexii products are precision manufactured off-site and rapidly assembled on-site, reducing build times and construction costs. ACT Nexii buildings are made with Nexiite and are incredibly durable, adaptable to most designs, and cost-efficient. They require a fraction of the materials and significantly less build time when compared to current construction methods. Our simpler on-site assembly requires less labor, less equipment, less time and materials, and produces near zero on-site waste.
