For over 20 years, David has been a licensed real estate agent and licensed builder with commercial and residential experience in Michigan, California, Louisiana and Florida. David began researching disruptive building systems while searching for affordable build-for-rent solutions for his family office and REIT clients across Central FL and other regions in 2020-2021 when the interest rates began to shift and the hand writing was on the wall that we needed to find more sustainable long term solutions. . With over $50M in closed individual residential transactions and over $100M value of new build, renovations and fix and flips completed in his career, David has sold, installed and managed all facets of traditional construction and real estate transactions. Prior to founding ACT investment group, David has represented HNW individuals, family office and REIT clients with the acquisition, leasing and management of single-family portfolios, fix and flips, and custom new builds as Single Family X, DMax Construction and Rent Safe, LLC. Family background in real estate development, investment, and management.

John Blevins, ESQ, is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in the military, real estate, and law. Serving as a U.S. Army Captain from 1973 to 1983, he showcased strong leadership skills. Holding licenses as a Real Estate Broker in Maryland (1985-2016) and a Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida (2018-present), John demonstrates valuable expertise in the industry. Additionally, since 1975, he has been a licensed Maryland Attorney, offering essential legal guidance and counsel. With a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Baltimore and a B.S. degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University, John Blevins brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current roles as Vice President, Director, and Secretary.

Samuel Genetti, CPA, MSA, brings over a decade of expertise in accounting, financial management, and strategic planning. With a strong foundation in both public and corporate finance, Samuel has developed a deep understanding of financial operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Samuel built his career in public accounting and corporate finance, working closely with businesses and individuals to provide financial advisory, tax strategy, and operational guidance. His expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and process optimization makes him well-equipped to oversee the firm’s financial functions and support its long-term growth objectives.Samuel holds a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His dedication to precision, efficiency, and financial stewardship makes him an integral part of ACT Green Capital’s leadership team.

His extensive experience in financial planning and risk management ensures that ACT Green Capital maintains strong financial oversight and operational efficiency. His ability to navigate complex financial structures, coupled with a keen analytical mindset, allows him to implement strategies that enhance fiscal responsibility and maximize the company’s financial sustainability. In his role, he will oversee financial planning, reporting, and strategic financial initiatives to support the company’s commitment to responsible and sustainable investment.
